  Checked out this new dental office in my hood and I had the worst experience. This dentist Syed Bukhari can not communicate very well, he did the cavity of my lower tooth, his hand was heavy I thought my jaw was going to break. My tooth felt worst than before I saw this dentist.I tried to tell him to be gentle and he ignored or he did not understand english, very arrogant and he was in a hurry. I called and complained and the receptionist said he does not answer any questions. Very unprofessional dentist. I checked out his credentials (Royal Canadian Dental Association) he graduated in 2015! it says on their website 15 years of experience and He's from India, and they should include that in their website nothing wrong where you came from, at least people know what to expect communication/language wise. Reviews of this dentist online are negative. I do not recommend going to this dental office. The positive reviews posted are from the receptionist Michelle and the dental assistant! go figure. Port Dover community avoid this dental office.

  It was my first visit to this office as i was visiting ontario. My tooth started hurting and i called the office and they accommodated me on the same day ( really impressed ) :) The doctor was knowledgeable he explained the whole procedure and answered my all queries .The staff was very welcoming and helpful too .Overall i had a good experience from the time i first called till the end of my procedure and i wd definitely recommend it to others.

  Worst dental experience. The dentist was very unprofessional, can not communicate, asked what procedure he's about to do to treat my cavity; Syed Bukhari talks very fast could not understand him, dismissive. Arrogant and later found out he over billed my insurance. Also, how could you trust this office when the receptionist asked her boyfriend to write a review tho he's never seen by any these two south asian dentists because they got a negative review?. I'm going back to my old dentist. Can not recommend.

  I have always had an awful fear of going to the dentist. It has kept me out of a dental office for over 10 years. I recently saw some advertising for Port Dover Family Dentistry. I decided to call and make an appointment. I let them know about my fears and they did everything they could to help me to get over it. The office was warm and inviting. The staff were amazing at each of their jobs. They made me feel welcome and safe. I had to have a lot of work done and that required numerous appointments. Each time Dr. Syed Bukhara made it easy for me to have the work completed. He always made sure that I understood what was happening and that I was comfortable and at ease. I made it through each procedure with a minimum of fuss on my part due to my fears. I want to thank everyone for helping me and in particular Dr. Bukhara. It was a very positive experience. I would recommend this great team to anyone in need of a dental work. Thank you!

  Great people, just had 9 fillings done and almost fell asleep in the chair. The staff is wonderful and very professional. I went in my first visit expecting a lecture about my teeth, but they were very courteous. Will definitely tell family and friends.
